Paulin was born on January 18, 1956, In the Democratic Republic of Congo. I got a bachelor degree in statistic, and an Associate Degree in Theology and a Honor Degree in Missiology. I am an Ordain Pastor a passionate church planter, disciple – maker and a provider of healthy marriage seminars for couples.
I came in Namibia in 2013 for Mission work. I met Campus Crusade for Christ which I knew already in DRC as one of my first contact points after the Foursquare Church Namibia. I registered Salem Outreach Mission Namibia in 2018 and became a Jesus film partner with Campus Crusade for Christ Namibia to fulfill my church planting project.
